Crazy chin refers to Robert's little habit of touching things, especially food, to his chin. Robert is seen doing it throughout the entire series. It was the main focus of the episode "Crazy Chin", and that's also when it was given this nickname.
An early reference to his chin-touching habit was made in "Robert's Divorce"; in the flashback, Joanne scolded Robert by saying, "No more Crazy Chin!"
