The Delivery Person works for the Red Bonnet Inn. He delivers freshly cooked food for the restaurant. When he arrived at Ray's house on Thanksgiving to deliver a turkey dinner (complete with all the trimmings), there was no one home. So he took them over to Frank and Marie's house instead.
