Dr. Hammond was the Barone kids' doctor in the first season. He unknowingly had Terry Bradshaw in his waiting room at the same time Ray was there.
In the actual exam room, baby Looney Tunes cover the walls. Dr. Hammond is also known for having good lollipops.
