The Fruit of the Month Club is a club that delivers a different fruit every month to its subscribers. Ray got it as a gift for Frank and Marie in the pilot episode, and they both freaked out because they had way too much fruit in the house.
This is one of the longer running gags in the series. The Fruit of the Month Club comes up in a number of different episodes.
