Mack is Frank and Marie's next-door neighbor in Everybody Loves Raymond. He was one of the people complaining about the Barones behavior in the first season of the show.
Apparently, Frank likes to use his leaf-blower to blow everything off of his yard on to Mack's, including dead rodents.
And over the course of several mornings, Mack used his video camera to catch Frank in his obnoxious behavior. He showed the video tape to Ray and Debra.
