Michael is one of the twin sons of Ray in Everybody Loves Raymond.
Apparently, one of the few ways to tell the twins apart is their freckle patterns (and jokingly saying "Geoffrey, raise your hand.")
Michael is played by actor Sullivan Sweeten, real life twin brother of Sawyer Sweeten.
