Frank using the old "moving pictures camera"
The Barones old "moving pictures camera" was seen in the episode entitled "The Dog". It's a 40 year old video camera with a huge set up for bright spotlights.
Robert was having so much fun playing with his new dog Shamsky Number 2 that Marie wanted Frank to get the camera to video the occasion. According to Frank, the last time the camera was used was when they brought Ray home from the hospital after he was born.
When Frank brings the camera out, Ray had already taken the dog so that it's original owner, Phyllis, could take him back. As it turns out, Robert got to keep the dog anyway.
