Zia Sarina (or "Aunt Sarina") lives in Italy. When she was accidently mistaken as Frank's aunt, she flew out to Lynbrook to visit the Barones. She brought happiness to the household and everyone enjoyed her company. She was also very impressed with the fact that Ray was an award-winning sportswriter.

Sarina also mentioned that her grandfather, Count Armando, who looked similar to Robert, was the only person who stood up to the Mafia.

When the family found out that Sarina wasn't actually related to them, they contacted Anna and "gave her back" to her real family.
