Synopsis[]
At the game, Raymond purposely offends the twins' new friend at the basketball game by making a joke about his father's profession. To rectify it he invites his friend's father and tries to apologize, but ends up insulting him more. His family came over to sort out the incident, but the situation gets worse. Debra tries to rectify the situation, but makes it even worse with the biggest faux pas. As a result of this incident, George and his son; Chris has to escort the family from their argument.

- The title translated from French means "false step" and pertains to manners. What is acceptable behavior in one cultural may not be in another culture and that is a faux pas.
