Traffic Cop Timmy
Traffic Cop Timmy is a plastic ventriloquist dummy. Robert's partner Judy uses it to teach kids about safety. Robert decided to give it a try in the traffic school he was teaching after being criticized for his boring teaching style. Later, at Debra's prompting, Robert used the dummy again to entertain sick people at a hospital.
