Warren, also known as Walter, is one of Ray's old friends from high school. He is also good friends with Scott Preman. His CB code name back in school was "Red Baron". As a kid, he was always in love with Jessica Bell, and was bullied by Pete Hastings.
He used to own a comic book store, but it burned down. At the time he met with Ray at the high school reunion, Warren was studying to be a rabbi.

Warren, now being called Walter, appears with his friend Scott Preman to pitch a go kart business to the Barone Family. Ray agrees to give them an investment, which angers Debra who was not included in the decision.
