Warren is one of Ray's old friends from high school. He is also good friends with Scott Preman. His CB code name back in school was "Red Baron". As a kid, he was always in love with Jessica Bell, and was bullied by Pete Hastings.
He used to own a comic book store, but it burned down. At the time he met with Ray at the high school reunion, Warren was studying to be a rabbi.
