Young Ray is only seen in a flashback scene in the Season 2 episode "Anniversary". He is Ray Barone as a child.
He is seen sitting in front of the TV watching "Wild Wild West" and "Bonanza". The viewer finds out that his older brother Robert caused Ray's bike to collapse, sending Ray flying over the handlebars and breaking his arm.
This all happened when Frank and Marie separated.
